To make a Booking Request, please use our online booking system below, using the Customer Login Button. If you are a new user, you will need to register your details. Otherwise, please use your existing login details.
If you are a private individual, you will be required to pay for your booking in advance, if you do not, your booking will not be confirmed. You will be contacted by email to arrange for payment and to confirm. Please provide a description of your event, if this is open to the public. Please make sure to mark the booking as Public, If you wish the event to appear on our Calendar. If you require further assistance, please contact Jeanine Boyd via email.
Please note that the Anne Downer Room and Morris Room is part of the Community Library between the hours of 10am -1pm. If you would prefer privacy either book after these hours or book the Green Room or Garden Room at the Memorial Hall instead.
